We offer free global shipping on all orders over £200. Shipping costs will vary. Customs or import duties may be applicable depending on the shipment destination country.

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible from our studio in Guangzhou. As our pieces are made to order it can take up to 10 to 14 days before dispatch. Due to the careful craftsmanship that goes into all of our pieces, there are rare occasions that shipping may take longer than anticipated and you will be immediately advised by our Customer Care team should an unexpected delay occur.

Customs or import duties may be applicable depending on the shipment destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what the cost will be as they vary from country to country. While we do offer complementary global shipping, the customer takes full liability for all return shipping costs and applicable customs charges.

To return your order, please contact us. We apply a standard timeframe of 7 days to return your order after it has been received. Once a return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the approval or rejection of the refund. We will then issue a refund, and customers will receive a confirmation email of this. We can only issue a refund via the method of original payment.
